Can I speak to a manager?NJAR Management assigns an agent to assist tenants with any questions or concerns, A tenant can submit a request to be contact by the assigned agent via text to our text hotline platform at (888) 966-8508 . Please note: This number does not have the ability to accept calls, text only. Management will review incoming request within normal business hours and respond promptly.

Can I have my late fee waived?NJAR Management has strict policies against waiving late fees. As a courtesy NJAR Management will waive up to 1 late fee per year. You can submit your request through our www.NJAR.Management portal within the “Specific Request” option in the portal, ones selected you will see further instructions.

I have an issue with a tenant, how do I file a complaint?please submit your complaint through the www.NJAR.Management portal within the “File a Tenant Complaint” option in the portal, ones selected you will see further instructions. In the event there’s an issue with the portal, please call our Tenant help desk center at 973-834-602 and one of our receptionist can assist you with submitting a request on your behalf.
